We use trusted courier partners to ensure safe and speedy delivery.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and ongoing promotions.

  • Free shipping may be offered for orders above a minimum spend, as stated on our website.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the courier’s system.


5. Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed parcel, or failure to receive, additional reshipping fees may apply.

  • Cekupala is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping details.


6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and items.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  3. Provide your order number and supporting evidence.

We will investigate and assist you with a replacement or solution based on our policies.


7. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to selected international destinations (if available).

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees, all borne by the customer.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination’s customs process.


8. Delays Beyond Our Control

Cekupala is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • High-volume shipping periods
